Returns Policy

Please Note:

Please note that pre-orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to KBrandBeauty and the customer must pay to re-ship the purchase order.

Unfortunately, KBrandBeauty is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit. KBrandBeauty does not take on any responsibility and/or liability of a purchase order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking.

Due to hygiene reasons, KBrandBeauty is unable to accept any products for returns and exchanges.

If a product should be deemed defective due to a manufacturer defect, please contact KBrandBeauty via email hello@kbrandbeauty.com with your order number. Contact must be made within 7 days of purchase.

All returns will be managed on a case by case basis. All returns must be unopened and in the original packaging.

All return postage will be at the expense of the buyer.
